Yes. Server runs in Germany — EU jurisdiction. Data is processed only to generate responses and not stored permanently. We sign a Data Processing Agreement before going live.
Yes. We use the official WhatsApp Business API by Meta — the same infrastructure used by airlines and hotel chains globally.
The system only answers based on information you provide. It cannot invent facts. A Service Agreement defines liability before we start.
Technical
No. Everything runs on a dedicated server. Your team uses tools they already know. No new software to learn.
Retainer includes monitoring. If anything breaks, I fix it within 24 hours.
Pricing
Every project gets a custom proposal based on your specific setup. First consultation is free — I send you a one-page summary the same day with what gets built and what it costs.
Yes. No minimum contract. Cancel with 30 days notice.
